  • Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the institution cancels a course.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Any disruptive behavior may result in suspension or expulsion from the course without a refund.

  • Plagiarism and academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.

4. Course Material and Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including videos, notes, and assignments, are the intellectual property of the institution.

  • Students may use the materials only for personal learning and must not distribute them without permission.

  • Any unauthorized sharing or reproduction of course materials may lead to legal action.

5. Attendance and Certification

  • A minimum attendance percentage (as specified by the institution) is required to qualify for certification.

  • Students must complete all required assessments and projects to receive a course completion certificate.

  • The institution reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or non-compliance with course requirements.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • The institution does not guarantee job placement or career success upon course completion.

  • The institution is not responsible for any loss of data, software, or hardware damage resulting from participation in practical exercises.

  • All coaching sessions are provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties.
